I am a Senior Process Engineer with over 23 years of experience in the oil, gas, chemical, and energy industries, supporting projects from early design through start-up, operations, and optimization.
I have developed hundreds of steady-state and dynamic process simulation models using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PRO/II, and UNISIM, applied to process design reviews, debottlenecking studies, flow assurance analysis, operator training simulators, control strategy development, and start-up support. My work focuses on translating complex process behavior into practical engineering solutions that improve performance, safety, and operability.
My expertise spans Process Engineering, Process Simulation, Dynamic Simulation, Process Safety, and Flow Assurance, including equipment sizing, pressure–flow network definition, overpressure protection studies, blowdown and depressurization design, and transient system analysis.
After seeing many engineers struggle with simulations in real projects, I developed a fully hands-on Aspen HYSYS Steady State and Dynamics training approach, based on real industrial cases rather than academic examples. This methodology enables engineers to confidently model, troubleshoot, and optimize complex process systems.
I have trained over 200 engineers across more than 10 countries and am recognized as an AspenTech Certified Expert in Dynamic Simulation.
